K5NEM D-Star Network registration agreement
Please register only with your closest D-Star System and only register once. You must use a valid Email address to receive your approval notification.
Once approved, you must log in and complete the registration process.
I certify that I hold a current and valid Amateur Radio license and I hereby agree to abide by Part 97 of the Federal Communications Commission rules and regulations. I understand that this system is owned and operated by the Navarro County Emergency Management and is free for all licensed Amateur Radio operators to use.
I also understand that this system can and will be used as a R A C E S repeater and that I will yield to any emergency traffic and all RACES nets.
You do not have to be a RACES member to use the K5NEM system, except during a RACES Operation.
I understand that failure to comply with this agreement may result in my immediate removal from the D-STAR network and this gateway system without prior written or verbal warning.
